I am a real estate agent from Brisbane for over 34 years. Earlier this year as situation came up where I needed to sell my parents property. I wasn’t sure whether I should sell it myself or employ a local agent to do such. Bearing in mind I have never asked another agent to sell a property for me, I have never had the experience of being a vendor. I searched around a few agents and found Melinda SEETO. Her advice was invaluable and upon discussion we decided to auction the property. A few little added touches suggested by Melinda and we were off to auction day. To our delight there were ample buyers, and with credit to Melinda and the auctioneer we achieved in excess of $130,000 over the reserve price. I have found Melinda to be an honest trustworthy agent, a person of high integrity. Furthermore a beautiful person. I would have no doubt recommending Melinda SEETO.
