Above and beyond, swift communication

Very satisfied working with Patrick as a buyer of a property. Is very swift in communication when replying to emails, and texts. etc., and even when on leave. Is also fast in following up with third parties to get things sorted e.g. repairs, discussions with solicitors, etc. Also very knowledgeable about the property, but most importantly about the market and other properties in and around the area.
