I bring an ‘outsiders’ perspective to real estate. With over 30 years experience in sales, marketing and people development, I believe in putting people first and listening to the needs of vendors and buyers so that everyone gets what they want (or as close as possible!)

I will treat your property like it’s my own, whether selling or managing it. That means presenting and marketing it in the most effective way to get the best possible price. My goal is to make your experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

Outstanding agent!

What can I say? We are truly lost for words for the above and beyond service that Melinda and David provided us for sale of our property. From start to finish, David has been invested in getting us the best possible outcome and has been there with us every step of the way. From helping us get our house ready for sale, to identifying potential buyers and maintaining solid networks, we really appreciate the dedication and passion David gave us.
